TruePeopleSearch is a people search site that provides users with background checks for their search subjects. It offers Name search, Reverse Phone, and Reverse Address search services. If your data exists in this website's databases, then it will only take a few seconds for the background check service to compile a comprehensive report about you.

Follow the steps below to remove your information from their databases to avoid your privacy from getting jeopardized.

Step 1: Go to the Website's Opt-out Page

Go to the TruePeopleSearch homepage here: https://www.truepeoplesearch.com.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then locate and click the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link.

Step 2: Submit an Opt-out Request

Scroll down and click the "Opt-Out Form" link.

Fill in your email address then tick the box as certification that you are the owner of the listing you want to remove, or you are authorized by the owner. Perform the CAPTCHA then click the "Begin Removal" button.

Step 3: Search for your Information

You will be directed back to their homepage. Search for your listing by inputting your name and location in the Name Search feature.

Step 4: Look for the Listing you want to Delete

Browse all the search results and look for the listing that belongs to you. Once you verify that the listing is yours, click on the "View Details" button to bring up your record detail.

Step 5: Remove your Listing

Scroll down to the bottom of your listing, then locate and click the "Remove This Record" button.

After clicking the "Remove This Record" button, you will see a "Record Removal Request" message.

Step 6: Confirm Opt-Out Request

You will receive an email upon submitting your opt-out request. For security reasons, in order for them to begin processing your request, you must click the link included in the email.

Step 7: Opt-Out Request Confirmation

You will be redirected back to the website, and you will see a confirmation banner saying that your opt-out request has been successfully submitted.
