Step 1: Sign in to your account

First, go to the Spotahome homepage here: https://www.spotahome.com. Then, click the "Login" button at the top right corner of the page and log into your account.

Step 2: Access the Contact Us Portal

Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom section of their page, then locate and click the "Contact Us" link.

On the Contact Us page, select whether your account type is a Tenant or Landlord account.

Step 3: Go to the Website Contact Form

On the next screen, select the option "I have a property listed on "Spotahome".

Locate and click the "I need help managing my account", then select "I want to deactivate my account" from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Fill up the Request form

You will have to fill up all the required fields in the form on the next screen. Start by entering your name and email address, then select your location from the drop-down menu. Type in the Comment field that you want to delete your account, then solve the CAPTCHA and click the "Submit Form" button.

Step 5: Wait for Account Deletion Confirmation

You will be notified through your email address once they're done deleting your account.
